高速铁路预制箱梁支座板空鼓原因分析及预防处理措施

Cause Analysis on the Bearing Plate Hollowing of High-speed Railway Prefabricated Box Beam and Its Prevention and Treatment Measures

虽然我国高速铁路发展迅猛，各项施工技术日益成熟，但是预制箱梁支座空鼓问题却始终存在，严重制约了后续工作。结合兰新高铁疏勒河特大桥现场施工经验，对预制箱梁支座空鼓的原因进行了分析并提出相关预防处理措施，保证了桥梁的耐久性和安全性。

Although the high-speed railway develops rapidly in our country and the construction technology is increasingly mature,bearing hollowing of precast box beam always exists,which seriously restricts the follow-up work.In combination with the site construction experience of Shule River Bridge in Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway,this paper analyzes the reasons of prefabricated box girder bearing hollowing and puts forward relevant prevention and treatment measures, which can ensure the durability and safety of the bridge.
