摘要
以地质条件复杂的青云山隧道为工程背景,基于注浆加固圈为8 m 的分段前进式帷幕注浆技术在涌水量超过1万 m3/d 的 F7和 F9断层的成功应用,详细阐述了帷幕注浆技术的注浆浆液、注浆工艺、控制标准等要点。达到了无任何漏浆、跑浆现象的注浆效果,积累了帷幕注浆技术在隧道及地下工程中应用的经验。
In the engineering background of Qingyunshan Tunnel with complex geological conditions,based on successful ap-plication of piecewise forward-type curtain grouting that grouting reinforced region is 8 m in F7 and F9 faults where inflow of water is more than 10 000 m3 /d,grouting technology and control standard of curtain grouting are discussed in detail.This has achieved the grouting effect that the grout leakage phenomenon is completely avoided.Thus it accumulates experiences of ap-plication of curtain grouting in tunnel and underground engineering and provides references for similar engineering.
