孟合山隧道施工通风技术

Construction Ventilation Technology of Menghe Mountain Tunnel

施工通风是隧道施工的重要配套工艺之一。合理的通风系统、理想的通风效果是实现隧道快速施工、施工人员身心健康及施工安全的重要保证。本文针对孟合山隧道施工中出现的洞内温度过高的问题，提出在隧道内增加二级风站的解决方案，并加强施工中的通风设备管理和工作机械设备的管理，同时制定相应的值班管理制度，确保通风设备良好运转。实践证明该方案切实可行并加快了施工进度，同时提高了经济效益。

Ventilation is one process that can’t afford being neglected in tunnel construction.A sound ventilation system and ideal ventilation is an important guarantee for speedy construction,physical and mental soundness of the construction staff and construction safety itself.With regard to overheating in Menghe Mountain Tunnel construction,this article presents a sub-air station to solve it.In addition,management on ventilation equipment and mechanics should be strengthened. Meanwhile,to ensure the ventilation equipment work well,some corresponding duty regulations should be worked out.It turns out that this solution can not only speed up the construction process,but also can improve economic efficiency.
