徐圩新区铁路专用线建设方案研究

Special Railway Construction Scheme of Xuwei New-developed District

通过对徐圩新区规划全面分析，结合徐圩新区临港产业区、港区建设情况，对徐圩新区内铁路专用线的建设进行了规划研究。根据徐圩新区内临港产业区、港区的特点及对铁路专用线的不同需求，从企业铁路专用线需求、工程投资、运营效果、规划统筹安排等多方面优化线路选择，进行线路比选，最终得出最优建设方案。

The paper studies Xuwei new-developed district’s railway line through comprehensivly analysis of the Xuwei dis-trict plan,and Xuwei port industrial zone.Combined with the status of the port and harbor enterprises’needs,it ultimately determined the optimal line schemes in the light of investment,operation effect and planning and overall arrangement.
