摘要
介绍了呼伦贝尔市煤炭生产、消费以及铁路和公路的运输情况，重点分析了煤炭外运的格局以及铁路通道的功能和规划，在研究了伊敏铁路吸引范围的基础上，综合分析确定了研究年度伊敏铁路承担的煤炭运量。
This paper introduces the basic information of the coal production and consumption in Hulunbeier,analyzes the coal distribution and transportation of railway and highway.Based on the analysis of the regional coal transport channel function and attracting scope of Yimin Railway,this paper puts forward the coal transportation of this railway.
