吉布提铁路信号系统升级方案研究

Upgrading Scheme for Djibouti Railway Signaling System

从吉布提铁路公司的建设需要出发，考虑中国铁路标准实施“走出去”战略，结合在建的吉布提铁路项目，提出对目前信号系统进行升级的两种方案；对调度集中系统（CTC）＋计轴设备升级方案和列车调度指挥系统（TDCS）＋点式列车自动防护系统（ATP）升级方案的优、缺点进行比较，得到推荐的方案，供吉布提铁路公司参考。

Proceeding from the construction requirements of Djibouti Railway Company,and considering the implementa-tion of “going abroad”strategy by China’s high-speed railway standard,this paper proposes two kinds of schemes for up-grading the current signaling system in conjunction with the Djibouti Railway Project which is under construction.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of centralized traffic control (CTC)plus axle counter equipment’s upgrading scheme with train dispatching command system (TDCS)plus the points type automatic train protection (ATP)upgrading scheme,the recommended scheme is obtained to provide a reference for Djibouti Railway Company.
