摘要
针对我国山区高铁双线并置450 t 箱梁在桥隧相连等复杂工况下,隧道内提梁空间受限,架梁时架梁小车横移量不足,架桥机需频繁过隧道拆装等问题进行了深入的技术研究,通过设计方案优化,采用导柱式结构,增加刚性加高节,小车主梁 U 型结构下沉等方法有效地解决了以上问题。并对架桥机的稳定性等进行了验算,在实际架梁时取得了良好的效果。
Targeting at complex working conditions in the mountain areas in China where the 450 t juxtaposition box girder for double track high-speed rail is to be mounted at joint position between bridge and tunnel,this paper makes an in-depth technical study on the problems such as limited space for lifting the girder in the tunnel,insufficient transverse quantity for the girder lifting vehicle,and frequently passing through of the bridge girder erection machine from the tunnel,and conse-quently,effectively solves above mentioned problems with design optimization,pillar structure,adding rigid raising sec-tion,lower U structure of the pedestal of the girder lifting vehicle.The stability of the bridge girder erection machine has been examined with calculation.This proposal has achieved good effect in practice.
