摘要 目前国内中大型建筑的造型大多复杂独特,这对建筑中的管线综合布设提出了更高的要求。针对建设项目中管线图纸错误及施工返工问题,在张掖游客中心项目中建立管线综合建筑信息模型(BIM),借助 BIM应用平台进行碰撞检查及管线综合优化,方便快捷地解决了该项目的管线碰撞和预留洞口精确定位问题,在图审阶段解决了二维图纸中的错误,实现了材料的精细化管理,控制成本,节约资源,保证了工程的工期和质量,具有可观的实际效益和重要的借鉴价值。 At present,the shape of the large building in China is unique,which puts forward higher requirements for the pipeline synthesis in the building.For drawing errors and rework construction problem in pipeline construction projects of Zhangye visitor center project,the paper established pipeline integrated building information model (BIM),with BIMappli-cation platform in collision check and the pipeline comprehensive optimization,so as to quickly to solve the collision of the pipeline and reserved the precision positioning problem of hole,meanwhile in figure trial stage to solve the two-dimensional mistakes of all the drawings,and realize the fine management of materials,cost control,conservation of resources,and en-sure the schedule and quality of the project.it has considerable practical benefits and important reference value.
