摘要
通过埃塞吉布提地区 SRTM地形模型与航测地形模型的对比分析,研究两者高程点的偏差范围及偏差规律,探讨在埃塞吉布提 EPC 铁路项目投标阶段中,将 SRTM地形模型作为设计基础资料的合理性;并进一步提出根据 SRTM地模测算工程量的优化方法,以降低 EPC 项目投标报价的风险。
In the paper,based on the comparison of SRTMterrain model and aerial topographic model of different geomor-phic units from Ethiopia to Djibouti,the deviation range and deviation law of the elevation point between the two models are analyzed.Moreover,the rationality of using SRTM terrain model for the bidding design of EPC Railway from Ethiopia to Djibouti is investigated.And further,the optimization method of calculating engineering quantity in the bidding design is given to reduce the risk of EPC tender offer.
