摘要
日本全面实施的新《个人信息保护法》对个人信息内涵的界定、保护标准、个人信息流转的限制、监督以及违法处罚等作出了较为详细的规定,与此同时,还规范了特殊领域的个人信息保护.这一法律的实施意味着日本个人信息保护制度对个人信息强保护有了更进一步的发展.对日本相关经验的参考能够为中国建立个人信息保护制度方面提供新的借鉴.
The new "Act on Protection of Personal Information" in Japan elaborates the definition of personal information, the standards of protection, the limitation and supervision on transferring of personal information, penalty and the like as well as protection for personal information in specialized fields. This new act shows a further development of strong protection for personal information in Japan. The relevant experience in Japan can provide a reference to the building of personal information protecting system in China.
