摘要
为得到木质复合板材两面临空竖向火蔓延特征,利用小尺寸燃烧特性实验,研究木质复合板材在5、10、15 cm宽度下的竖向火蔓延特征。测得试样竖向燃烧时热解前锋、火焰蔓延速率和火焰高度等燃烧特性参数,给出不同宽度下试样热解前锋位置的拟合公式。实验结果表明:在一定宽度范围内,热解前锋、火焰高度随着试样宽度的增加而增高,宽度为15 cm时,热解前锋、火焰高度最高,10 cm时次之,宽度为5 cm时最低。通过对热解前锋进行数据拟合,得出热解前锋随时间变化满足y=a+bx^c的函数关系,相关系数均接近于1,拟合程度好。
In order to obtain the vertical flame spread characteristics of plywood faced air on both sides, with small-scale combustion characteristic test, the effect on vertical flame spread characteristic by different width of 5, 10, 15 cm was studied. The pyrolysis front and flame spread rate and the height of flame were measured, the fitting formulas of the pyrolysis front with different width were ob?tained. Experimental results showed that the pyrolysis front and the flame height increased with the increase of the specimen's width in a certain width. When the width is 15 cm, the pyrolysis front and the flame height are the highest; when the width is 5 cm, the pyrolysis front and the flame height are the lowest. Through analysis and calculation, it was found that the pyrolysis front and the time fit the function relation of y=a+bxc. The correlation coeffi?cient is close to 1, and the fitting degree is good.
