摘要
以某大型超高层建筑工程消防设计方案为例,针对其位于117层功能区平面布局设计中不符合现行消防规范的情况,结合建筑特点、消防设施、人员数量等,运用性能化消防设计的方法提出消防设计对策。通过确立性能化设计目标、设定火灾场景,利用FDS软件模拟烟气流动、利用Pathfinder模拟人员疏散,分别验证消防设计的可行性。结果表明,建筑消防设计能够满足火灾时人员安全疏散的要求。同时,提出对此类建筑运用性能化设计评估的建议。
Taking the fire design plan of a large super-high building as an example, against the situation that the functional area plane layout on the 117th floor is not in accordance with the fire standard, performance based fire design countermeasures were put forward combining with the building feature, fire facilities and personnel quantity. By setting performance based design target and fire scene, using FDS to simulate the smoke movement, and using Pathfinder to simulate the evacuation, the feasibility of the fire de?sign was verified. Results showed that, the building fire design can satisfy the safety requirement of evacuation during the fire. Sugges?tions on performance based design for such kind of building was put forward.
