摘要
根据重特大灾害现场应急救援的需求,利用北斗导航、定位、短报文通信和移动互联网通信功能,研究设计了应急救援系统。对应急救援系统进行了整体设计,描述了应用场景与模式。应急救援系统包括应急救援监控指挥平台与应急救援智能终端,分别从硬件组成和软件功能两个方面进行介绍。重特大灾害发生时,地面通信链路严重损坏的情况下,应急救援系统利用自身特性能够发挥重要作用。
According to the need of the serious disaster site emer?gency rescue, using the BDS navigation and positioning, short message communication and mobile Internet communication func?tion, the emergency rescue system was researched and designed. The whole framework of the emergency rescue system was de?signed, describing the application scene and pattern.The emergen?cy rescue system includes two parts:the emergency rescue monitor?ing platform and intelligent terminals, which were introduced from the two aspects of hardware and software, respectively. In the case of serious damage to the ground communication links, the emer?gency rescue system can play an important role in the occurrence of serious disasters.
