摘要
针对一些工程使用抗溶泡沫液时泡沫灭火系统无法足量抽吸泡沫液的问题,采用6%型和3%型抗溶水成膜泡沫液、3%型低黏度抗溶氟蛋白泡沫液,对泡沫液泵和囊式压力比例混合装置进行试验,研究泡沫液泵在输送抗溶泡沫液时的压力-流量特性及黏度对囊式压力比例混合装置混合比的影响。结果表明,泡沫液泵对不同黏度的泡沫液可完成输送,但输送高黏度泡沫液时,泵的流量会低于额定值,建议考虑一定的裕量;囊式压力比例混合装置使用高黏度泡沫液时,在低流量的情况下,混合比会出现低于额定值的情况。选用添加黄原胶的蛋白类抗溶泡沫液时,建议泡沫液的储存温度不低于15℃,泡沫液泵的抽真空能力不小于0.06 MPa。
Aiming at the problem that the foam extinguishing sys?tem cannot absorb the foam liquid sufficiently in some projects when using the alcohol-resistant foam concentrate, the tests of foam concentrate pump and bladder tank pressure proportioning set were carried out by using the 6% and 3% alcohol-resistant aqueous film-forming foam concentrate,3% low viscosity alcohol-resistant fluorprotein foam concentrate. The pressure-flow characteristics of the foam liquid pump and the influence of viscosity on the concen?tration of the bladder pressure mixing device were studied. It is found that the foam liquid pump transport foam liquid with differ?ent viscosity, but for high viscosity foam liquid, the pump flow rate will be lower than the rated value, a certain margin was sug?gested. In the case of a low pressure flow, the concentration of bladder tank pressure proportioning set will be lower than the rated value when the high viscosity foam concentrate was used. It was suggested that the storage of alcohol-resistant protein foam with xanthan gum should not be lower than 15℃, and the vacuum abili?ty of foam concentrate pump should not less than 0.06 MPa.
