苯丙乳液基膨胀型阻燃涂料抑烟初探 被引量:2

摘要 以磷酸氢二铵(DAP)、三聚氰胺(MEL)、季戊四醇(PER)为阻燃体系,苯丙乳液(styrene-acrylic emulsion)为涂料基础配方,用烟密度仪探究防火涂料中加入柚子皮、甘蔗渣、蕉树皮等抑烟物质的抑烟效果,用水平燃烧仪测试加入该物质对炭层膨胀高度的影响,结合抑烟效果和炭层膨胀高度,从中选出对炭层膨胀高度影响最小、抑烟效果最优物质和用量。结果表明,涂料本身也具有阻燃抑烟的作用,但加入柚子皮和甘蔗渣后其抑烟效果更好;其中2 g的甘蔗渣烟吸收率曲线最低,发烟量最少,抑烟效果最好。 On the basis of flame retardant system(diammonium phosphate(DAP),melamine(MEL), pentaerythritol(PER)) and coat?ing as styrene-acrylic emulsion, smoke suppression substances such as shaddock peel, bagasse, banana plant bark were added to the coating. Smoke density tester and horizontal burning apparatus were used to explore the smoke suppression effect and intumescent ability of the coating. According to the smoke suppression effect and intumescent ability, the best material and the optimal quantity were obtained. The results showed that, the basic formulation of coating itself has smoke suppression effect and intumescent abili?ty, and the addition of shaddock peel or bagasse can make it better. It has the lowest smoke absorption rate, the least amount of smoke and the best smoke suppression effect when the coating contains 2 g bagasse.
