摘要
探讨了铝粉爆炸事故特征及演化机理,分析了铝粉(d0.5=23μm)爆炸特性参数和危险指数等级,其爆炸敏感度和严重度远大于石松子粉(30±5)μm。从涉铝粉场所设备防爆、建筑物防爆与泄压、惰化防爆及工作场所除尘系统要求等方面提出了预防和控制铝粉爆炸事故措施,有助于降低该类场所的粉尘爆炸事故风险。
The explosion characteristics of aluminum dust and evo?lution mechanism were discussed. The explosion characteristic pa?rameters of aluminum powder (d0.5=23 μm) and hazard index class were analyzed, and the explosion sensitivity and severity were far greater than lycopodium powder (30±5)μm. In points of the facility explosion prevention of aluminum powder site, building explosion prevention and pressure relief, inert gas explosion protection and work place dust removal system, methods of prevent and control the aluminum powder explosion accident were suggested, to help lower the dust explosion risk of such kind of place.
