液化石油气储罐泄漏爆炸危险源辨识及处置对策 被引量:3

摘要 介绍LPG储罐泄漏爆炸事故的类型、危险源辨识以及事故后果的分析方法,以某LPG储罐泄漏爆炸事故为研究对象进行分析。该事故案例属于持续泄漏事故,导致该事故的危险源是液化石油气、人的不安全行为(未全程监测)、静电或火花;根据辐射热和冲击波确定的危害半径为1 071.8 m。根据泄漏爆炸事故的特点提出相应的处置对策:快速调动救援力量;火情侦查检测;组织人员紧急撤离;水冷法降低罐体温度;关阀阀门,切断LPG源;持续冷却,清理监护;加强作战人员个人防护等。 The type, hazard identification and countermeasures for the leaking explosion were introduced and a LPG tank leakage ex?plosion was analyzed. In this case, the leakage explosion belongs to the continuing spill case and the hazard sourceswere liquefied pe?troleum gas, unsafe behavior of people (without monitoring the whole process) and the static electricity or a spark. According to the radiant heat and shock wave, the damage radius was about 1071.8 m. Based on the characteristics of the leakage explosion, the countermeasures are put forward as follows: rapid mobilization of rescue force; fire detection; organization of the emergency evacua?tion; reducing the temperature of tank using water cooling method;shutting down the valves and cutting off the source of LPG;contin?uous cooling and cleaning the fire scene; enhancing the protection of firefighters.
