摘要
在收集整理近九年氨泄漏事故资料的基础上,运用描述性统计分析和信息扩散模型,对我国涉氨制冷企业氨泄漏事故分别从时间维度与空间维度两方面进行氨泄漏发生规律量化研究。数据主要来源于中国化学品安全协会网(CCSA)公布的2007-2015年氨泄漏事故资料,同时参考国家安全生产监督管理总局SAWS事故通报。时间维度上,八月与五月氨泄漏事故风险最高,二月风险最低。空间维度上,按照各行政区氨泄漏事故总起数划分5个等级,分别进行了分析。
Based on the collected data during nine years, the regu?larity of ammonia leakage accident in ammonia-related refrigeration enterprises was quantitatively studied respectively from the time and spatial dimension where the method of descriptive statistical analysis and the information model were applied. The data was mainly from the ammonia leakage accidents in 2007-2015 pro?nounced by CCSA, and also the accidents pronounced by SAWS. In the time dimension, August and May have the highest leakage risk, and February has the lowest leakage risk. In the spatial di?mension, the administrative areas were divided to 5 grades by acci?dent number and were analyzed respectively.
