Hosenchymoma: A Report of 15 Cases

间叶瘤是由原始中胚层间叶组织发生的肿瘤,又称为混合性中胚层肿瘤,它可由各种间叶组织组成,包括纤维组织、脂肪组织、粘液组织、血管组织、骨与软骨组织、肌肉组织和淋巴组织等.肿瘤内上述组织多少不等,由几种成分混合组成.间叶瘤又可分为良性和恶性两种.本文收集北京儿童医院近年内病理诊断为'间叶瘤'的病例15例进行总结,就其病理特点、临床特点以及治疗进行介绍与讨论.

Mesenchymoms is a mesoderm tumor com.posed of a variety of mesenchymal tissues.This paper reports a collection of 15 cases seen from 1980 to 1984.14 were benign and 1 malignant.The tumoers were located on thigh (5 cases),leg (2),arm (1),forearm (1),foot (3),head(2) and in scrotum(1).Local destruction of bones was noted on X-rays in 5 cases.They were divided into three types according to the clinical characteristics and pathology: 1.Hemangioma type (6 cases),It has cilinical menifestation similar to that of intermuscular hemangioma and is composed largely of blood vessels,mixed with adipose and fibrous tissues.2.Fibroma type(4 cases),tumors of this kind,composed mostly of fibrous tissues always develop under the skin are rather hard.3.Lipoma or sarcoid type (5 cases).located or diffused swelling of the extremities is the most common clinical picture.The lesion mainly consists of adipose tissue and tends to be misdiagnosed as sarcoma.Surgical excision should be complete in order to prevent recurrence.Four operations were performed for the malignant case in this series,with satisfying final results.
