摘要
我院1982～1985年遇隐睾80例,行精索固定75例,96侧(次),现报告如下.
手术方法:切口睾丸为中点,作腹股沟斜切口.找到睾丸,切开鞘膜,切断异位附着之睾丸引带,通常睾丸已可降至阴囊.对需游离精索者,保护其精索内肌膜和结缔组织,以免伤及睾丸血管及输精管之血管床,在内环部位,环形剪开覆盖精索之筋膜,慎勿伤血管.
Cordopexy, an operation that has been performed on 75 patients, (98 sides)for undescended testes, is disoussed. It successfully kept the testis in place in the scrotum in 89sides, with a cure rate of 93%.
