先天性胆管扩张症囊肿型和梭状型特征的临床与病理观察

Clinico-Pathological Study on the Characteristics of Both Cystic and Fusiform Type in Congenital Biliary Dilatation

先天性胆管扩张症的病因,自Babbitt报告以后,胰管胆道合流异常方面在文献上已有众多讨论,但尚未完全阐明.扩张的胆总管的形状,基本上是囊状扩张和梭状扩张二种类型,形态上的差别可能与起因有关.现将囊肿型和梭状型的临床情况和病理所见进行比较,并加以讨论.

The characteristic pathophysiology of both cystic and fusiform types in congenital biliary dilatation were studied by using 43 cases seen at our department and the following results were obtained.1.Sex incidence of female was more frequent in cystic type.2.Bile flow disturbance was observed more frequently in cystic type.3.The choledocal walls were thicker in cystic type. From these results,the characteristic etiology was not easily determined
