消化道重复畸形40例临床分析

Duplication of Alimentary Tract-A clinical analysis of 40 cases

消化道重复畸形较少见,又无特异性临床表现及体征,故术前确诊率低.我院于1965年6月至1985年1月,20年来收治40例,均经手术及病理证实,现总结如下.

This paper reports 40 cases of duplication of the alimentary tract,an uncommon condition,confirmed by operation and pathological study during the past 20 years in our hospital.65% of the patients were under 3.Its symptoms and signs are not specific and much vary with the sites,shape,size and the course of the disease.Usually,the patients'first visit to hospital is due to omplications,therefore,pre-operative diagnosis rate is rather low.The diagnosis rate of our series is 45.7%.Once the diagnosis of duplication is made,operation is necessary.On the basis of relavent literature and their own experience,the authors put forward several alternative therapeutic methods.
