摘要
本文报道了、SPECT、IVP、B型超声三种方法检查16例小儿先天肾重复畸形.结果,SPECT方法所获阳性结果最高,优于其它二法(P＜0.01).文中评价了各法的优点及重肾未显示影像的原因.认为SPECT方法具有显影准确、可动态观察肾功、影像还可贮存之特点.
Sixteen children with 20 duplicated kidneys were operated on from Sept. 1985 to Sept. 1986 in this hospital. The results of SPECT, IVP and ultrasonography before operation are given postoperative reevaluation. According to operative findings, the positive rate of SPECT was the highest in comparison with the others(P<0.01). The advantages of the three above-mentioned methods and the reasons for the non-casting of kidney image are discussed in this article. Of the three methods SPECT is considered to be highly sensitive, much better in dynamic observation, more accurate in the image casting of the duplicated kidneys and more convenient for recordkeeping.
