The Cause of Fecal Incontinence in Girls and Its Repair

本文报告7例4～12岁女孩肛门失禁的病因是婴儿时期(2～6个月)存在有肛门正常的直肠前庭瘘,其中3例由于局部炎症扩散溃烂的结果,4例由于初期治疗(8个月～2岁时)将瘘管切开或挂线疗法所致.介绍术前准备和一期手术修复方法.术后外形恢复正常,完全控制排便,随访疗效满意.

From 1971 to 1985, 7 female patients of recto-vestibular fistula complicated by fecal incontinence were treated surgically. In 3 cases, the cause of the disease was local inflammation, and in 4 cases, it was the maltreatment of fistulotomy during their infantile period.The patients age ranged from 4 to 12 years, and the results were satisfactory.This article discusses the preoperative preparations, the operative techniques and the control of possible complications .
