小儿腹部肿瘤的CT诊断

CT in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Tumor in Children

本文报告了42例小儿腹部肿瘤的CT检查,其中30例经手术及病理证实.30例中实质性18例,囊性11例,其它1例.CT扫描确定肿瘤位置与手术情况相符者29例,占96.7%.CT扫描结果与病理报告相符者20例,为66.7%.文中重点讨论了小儿腹部肿瘤的CT表现特征以及CT扫描检查在诊断小儿腹部肿瘤中的价值,提出由于小儿机体的生理解剖特点和检查费用昂贵,不宜作为首选的方法.

Forty-two patients with a bdom inal tumor were examined with CT in the Past two years.Of 42,30 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology.Of 30,tumors were parenchymal in 18 cases,cystic in 11 cases,and mixed in 1 case.Position and property of tumors were determined by CT:in 29 cases (96.7%).
