先天性囊性颅裂76例临床分析

本文对76例先天性囊性颅裂进行了分析.年龄24天至8岁.以枕部和脑膜膨出为多.按不同部位进行了颅内和颅外修补术.本文对该病的诊断、分型与膨出部位、分型与手术时间、分型与手术方法、分型与预后等问题进行了讨论.

Seventy-six cases of congenital-cystic cranioschisis disease were analysed,among them,56 cases were males.20 femaies,then ages ranged from 24 days to 8 years.The most cystic cranioschisis were occurs at the occipital,there were 34 such cases.The most contents of protuberance were meningocele (36).The authors have performed the repairing operation through the outside or the inside of pericranium according to the difference of the regions of the cystic protuberance.
