安全是铁路的生命线,深入推进铁路安全标准化建设具有非常重要的现实意义。在我国目前的铁路安全标准化建设中还存在着不少的问题,达不到标准要求、缺乏协调、缺乏安全理念等。论文从强化职工全员岗位培训、树立安全标准化建设的理念、安全标准化制度体系、安全标准化管理体系四方面深入探讨推进铁路安全标准化建设的具体措施和实施方案。

Safety is the lifeline of the railway, to further promote the railway safety standardization construction has very important practical significance. In the current standardization of railway safety in our country, there are still many problems, for example, not up to standard requirements, lack of coordination, lack of safety concept, and so on. The paper probes into the concrete measures and implementation plan to promote the standardization construction of railway safety from four aspects: strengthening staff post training, establishing the concept of safety standardization construction, safety standardization system system, safety standardization management system.
