摘要 随着我国城市化建设的持续快速发展和现代化进程的加快,人们的生活质量水平不断提高,电力作为最重要的基础行业之一,其安全成为国民关注的焦点问题,这就对电网的安全性和可靠性提出了更高的要求.通信技术作为电力系统实现的关键,是现代电力系统不可缺少的组成部分,因此电力通信建设发展同样面临着前所未有的挑战.如何进一步完善我国的电力通信网络建设,这是当前我们急需解决的问题.
