鼻内镜下联合径路上颌窦复杂病变手术

The effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with maxillary sinus complex pathological changes

目的 上颌窦复杂病变鼻内镜下手术路径选择及效果评估.方法 36例上颌窦复杂病变患者接受了鼻内镜下联合径路上颌窦手术.结果 全部患者术后恢复良好未出现严重并发症,随诊1年以上未见复发.结论 对于一些上颌窦复杂病变采用鼻内镜下联合径路手术可以得到彻底切除,创伤小,恢复快,效果良好.

Objective To study the path selection and the evaluation of the effect in patients with maxillary sinus complex pathological changes of nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods Thirty-six patients with complicated maxillary sinus complex pathological changes underwent nasal endoscopic sinus surgery combined with endoscopic sinus surgery. Results All patients recovered well without severe postoperative complications, follow-up 1 year no recurrence. Conclusions For some maxillary sinus complex pathological changes of joint endoscopic surgery path can be eliminated completely, small trauma recovery fast, effective prognosis.
