重组人表皮生长因子联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Recombinant human epidermal growth factor in combination with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor clinical observation on treatment of recurrent oral ulce

目的 观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效.方法 选择2013年1月至2015年12月复发性口腔溃疡187例,随机分为四组,A组:溃疡处涂抹rhEGF凝胶;B组:溃疡处bFGF喷雾;C组:rhEGF凝胶联合bFGF喷雾治疗;D组:2%碘甘油溃疡局部涂抹.所有患者均治疗2周,观察四组患者的总体疗效,有关数据作统计学处理.结果 C组有效率为93.9%、A组为82.2%、B组为80.4%、D组为44.6%.C组的疗效优于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 rhEGF凝胶联合bFGF喷雾治疗复发性口腔溃疡,能明显缓解临床症状,促进创面的愈合,临床疗效显著,值得应用.

Objective Observation of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) curative effect for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Between January 2013 and December 2013 in two hospital 187 cases of recurrent oralulcer, Randomly divided into four groups. Group A:canker sore daub rhEGF gel. Group B:ulcer bFGF spray. Results Effective rate of 93.9%of group C, group A was 82.2%, group B was 80.4%, the D group was 80.4%. The effect of group C is superior to other groups, The data for statistical processing (P<0.01). Conclusions Joint bFGF rhEGF gel spray treatment of recurrent oral ulcer, Can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, promote the healing of wounds, clinical curative effect is distinct, is worthy of popularization and application.
