玉屏风散合防己黄芪汤治疗慢性肾炎验案举隅

Case Report of Yupinfeng Powder Combined Fangji Huangqi Decoction in the Treatment of Glomerulonephritis

慢性肾小球肾炎是由多种原因引起的肾小球免疫性炎症疾病,并与肾间质纤维化密切相关,是导致终末期肾病的最常见病因。目前慢性肾小球肾炎的具体发病机制尚未完全阐明,西医尚无特效疗法。近年来,中医对该病进行了大量研究,中医药对慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗具有明显优势,马鸿杰主任医师运用玉屏风散合防己黄芪汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎收效颇佳。从该病的病因病机入手,并列举2病例探讨玉屏风散合防己黄芪汤在治疗慢性肾小球肾炎中的作用。

Chronic glomerulonephritis is caused by a variety of reasons of glomerular immune inflammation disease,and is closely related to renal interstitial fibrosis,is the most common cause leading to end-stage renal disease.At present the pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis has not been fully elucidated.Western medicine,there is no special treatment.In recent years,a lot of work on the disease of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,Hongjie Ma chief physician using yupinfeng powder combined fangji huangqi decoction in treatment of chronic glomerular nephritis have a better effect.This article will start from the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,to explore yupinfeng combined fangji huangqi decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
