髓芯减压打压植骨腓骨支撑术联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早中期股骨头坏死疗效分析

Clinical Observation of Core Decompression Combined Bone Grafting and Fibula Support Combined with Gugutouhuaisiyu Capsule for Early and Mid Stage Osteonecrosis of the Femeral Head

目的:探讨髓芯减压打压植骨腓骨支撑术联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早中期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析采用髓芯减压打压植骨腓骨支撑术联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗的股骨头坏死患者47例(56髋),术后采用Harris评分和SF-12生活质量评分进行疗效评价,查看影像资料并对结果进行评估对比。结果:47例(56髋)患者末次随访评价,优22髋,良23髋,可6髋,差5髋,优良率为80.36%,总有效率为91.07%;术后随访患者Harris评分和SF-12生活质量评分均显著提高,与术前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:髓芯减压打压植骨腓骨支撑术联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早中期ONFH能在短期内缓解疼痛,利于髋关节功能的恢复,有助于改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the core decompression and bone grafting surgery with femoral head necrosis fibula support more capsules clinical efficacy of early and mid femoral head necrosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis of core decompression and bone grafting surgery fibula support more joint capsule treatment of femoral head necrosis 47patients(56hips)with femoral head necrosis in patients with postoperative use Harris Ratings SF-12 quality of life scores for efficacy evaluation,view the results of the assessment and comparison of image data.Results:47patients(56hips)were the last follow-up evaluation,excellent in 12 hips,good in 23 hips 6hips,5hips poor,good rate of 80.36%,total effective rate was 91.07%;the patients were followed up for Harris score and SF-12 quality of life scores were significantly improved,compared with the preoperative,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Core decompression combined bone grafting and fibula support Combined with Gugutouhuaisiyu Capsule for early and mid ONFH can relieve pain in the short term,which will help restore the hip joint function,help to improve the quality of life of patients.
