复方黄柏液治疗下肢静脉性溃疡疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of TCM Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid in the Treatment of Venous Leg Ulcers

目的:观察复方黄柏液治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将84例下肢静脉性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组43例患者在常规换药基础上采用复方黄柏液湿敷治疗,对照组41例患者在常规换药的基础上采用碘伏纱条湿敷治疗,同时两组联合中药汤剂内服,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后疮面分泌物细菌培养及白细胞变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者临床疗效、疮面分泌物细菌培养情况比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗后白细胞变化情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方黄柏液具有燥湿收敛、清热解毒功效,对于溃疡面肉芽组织的生长及局部微环境的改善均具有明显作用,彰显了中医"偎脓长肉"的思想,可有效促进下肢静脉性溃疡愈合。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of compound Phellodendron liquid in the treatment of venous ulcer.Methods:84cases of patients with venous leg ulcers were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 43 patients using compound Phellodendron liquid dressing based on conventional wet treatment,control group 41 cases adopted on the basis of conventional povidone-iodine gauze wet dressing treatment,and two joint decoction taken orally,the clinical efficacy was observed after two groups of patients before treatment and therapy,wound secretions bacterial culture and leukocyte situation changes.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,wound secretions bacterial culture circumstances there are significant difference before treatment(P<0.05),while changes in white blood cells no significant difference.Conclusion:Compound Phellodendron liquid with dampness convergence,heat clearing and detoxifying,for ulcer granulation tissue growth and local micro environment improvement has obvious effect,highlighting the 'cuddle septic flesh' thought of TCM,effectively promote the healing of venous leg ulcers.
