摘要
目的:探究活血舒肝汤治疗下肢骨折术后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将48名下肢骨折术后热秘型便秘患者随机分为观察组与对照组各24例,对照组采用术后常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服活血舒肝汤治疗。结果:两组治疗前后组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后组间比较,对照组和观察组总有效率分别为75.00%和91.66%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间治疗前后VAS比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血舒肝汤治疗患者术后便秘能改善患者腹胀、便秘情况,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the treatment of constipation of Huoxue Shugan decoction on postoperative patients with lower limb fracture.Methods:48patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group give conventional treatment after surgery.The treatment group based on the control group give oral Huoxue Shugan decoction treatment.Results:The effect before and after treatment in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups effect after treatment were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total efficiency of control group and treatment group were 75.00% and 91.66%,respectively;Vas were compared before and after treatment between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Shugan decoction in treating patients with postoperative constipation can improve patients with abdominal distension,constipation,improve clinical curative effect.
