摘要
四川大学华西临床医学院设立了研究生助教岗位,推行以研究生助教参与辅助教学为基础的“探究式-小班化”医学课程改革.研究生助教在课程负责人和教师的指导下,辅助“大班授课-小班研讨”,协助课程过程性考核的实施,丰富完善课程中心教学资源,助力教师教学和学生自主学习.在帮助良好师生关系建立的同时,也有效促进“探究式-小班化”课程教学质量的提升.
West China School of Medicine employs graduates as teaching assistants to help teachers implement the mode of 'inquiry-based small class' in medical courses.Under the guidance of course directors and teachers,graduate assistants help the 'lecture group discussion' and the implementation of process evaluation.Meanwhile,they enrich the useful teaching resource on the course web sites and help to develop the students' self-study ability.Graduate assistants build a more harmonious teacher-student relationship and effectively enhance teaching quality and efficiency of inquiry-small course.
