摘要
变应性鼻炎(AR)是发生在鼻黏膜的慢性炎症性疾病,是多基因控制的变态反应性疾病。目前关于AR发病机制基因水平的研究,比较明确的主要集中在Toll样受体相关基因、细胞因子以及转录因子等。基因敲除技术作为研究基因功能的一种重要方法,已广泛应用于各领域疾病的基因研究。利用基因敲除技术,研究Toll样受体相关基因、细胞因子以及转录因子等AR易患基因,可能为治疗AR找到新的方法。
Allergic rhinitis(AR) is a chronic inflammatory disease in the nasal mucosa ,an allergic disease controlled by multiple genes.At present the clear pathogenesis study on the AR gene level is mainly concentrated in the Toll -like receptors related genesc,ytokines and transcription etc .Gene knockout is an important method of technology for the research of gene function,which has been widely used in various fields of disease .By using the knockout technology to study the related genes of AR, such as the genes of Toll-ike receptors,cytokines and transcription factors,we may find new methods for treatment of AR.
