摘要
微RNA(miRNA/miR)是一类小的(18~20个核苷酸)非编码RNA,其主要作用是调节基因的表达,参与了几乎所有的生物学过程。其中miR-124几乎只在中枢神经系统中持续表达,被称为"大脑特异性miRNA"。miR-124通过靶向作用于多种蛋白在缺血性脑卒中患者的神经元分化及神经形成的过程中也起到了重要的调节作用,今后很可能作为缺血性脑卒中诊断及治疗的生物标志物。
Abts ratc:MicroRNA(miRNA/miR) is a class of small(18-20 nucleotides) noncoding RNA, involved in almost all biological processes by regulating the expression of genes .miR-124 is almost exclusively expressed in the central nervous system, which makes it called ″brain-specific miRNA″.miR-124 has also played an important role in the regulation of neu-ronal differentiation and neurogenesis in ischemic stroke patients by targeting a variety of proteins ,and is most likely to be used as a novel biomarker in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke in the future .
