摘要
妊娠期间通过合理的膳食指导及营养管理可以有效保障孕妇的身体健康和新生儿的正常体质量,并降低孕妇妊娠期相关病发症的发生率。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,孕妇妊娠期间的营养状况得到了明显提高,母婴的健康状况也有明显改善。但是对于孕妇妊娠期间的营养补给要有一定的控制,如果发生营养过剩的现象,对孕期的妇女特别是婴儿的生长会造成很大的不利影响。
Reasonable dietary guidance and nutrition management during pregnancy can effectively ensure the normal body weight of pregnant women and newborn health ,and reduce the incidence of maternal pregnancy-related illness.With the continuous improvement of people′s living standards ,the nutritional status of pregnant women during pregnancy has been significantly improved ,and the health of mothers and children have improved greatly .But for nutritional supplements for pregnant women during pregnancy ,a certain control should be given ,to prevent from overnutrition ,which may cause a lot of adverse effects to the mothers and infant growth .
