经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测药物流产后宫内残留物以及残留组织血流动力学情况

Transvaginal Ultrasound with Color Doppler Imaging in the Examination of Intrauterine Residue and Hemodynamics of Residual Tissue Blood Flow after Drug Abortion

目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测药物流产后宫内残留物以及残留组织血流动力学情况。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月宿州市第一人民医院妇产科收治的100例早孕药物流产不全患者作为研究对象,观察患者的宫腔内声像图特征,检测患者宫内残留及残留组织血流动力学情况。结果声像图特点以强回声为主。62例声像图强回声患者中57例(91.9%)监测有血流信号,残留组织物病理检测主要为变形、滑丝或者机化的蜕膜和绒毛组织。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声能够检测药物流产后宫腔内残留情况以及残留组织的血流动力学情况,对临床诊断具有参考价值。

Objective To investigate the condition of transvaginal ultrasound with color Doppler imaging in the exami -nation of intrauterine residue and hemodynamics of residual tissue blood flow after drug abortion .Methods A total of 100 patients with incomplete uterine hemorrhage after medical abortion from Jun .2013 to Jun.2015 were selected for transvagi-nal color Doppler ultrasound(TVCDU) examination.The intrauterine image features,intrauterine residual and residual tis-sue hemodynamics of all patients were observed .Results The characteristic of image was strong echo ,among the 62 cases, 57 cases ( 91.9%) had blood signals .The residual tissue pathology detection showed that deformation , smooth silk or decidua and organized cilia .Conclusion TVCDU can clearly test intrauterine residue state and hemodynamic changes of residual tissues after medical abortion ,thus is of significant value for the clinical diagnosis .
