血液净化治疗重症急性胰腺炎的护理措施分析

Analysis and nursing measures of blood purification treatment in severe acute pancreatitis

目的：重点研究护理干预在重症急性胰腺炎患者行连续性血液净化治疗的应用价值。方法将我院收治的30例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，患者均采用连续性血液净化治疗，随机分为各15例的两组，分别为是接受常规护理的对照组，与施以护理干预的观察组，观察两组患者干预前后各项观察指标的变化差异。结果两组经护理干预后APACHEⅡ、PaO2/FiO2、HR、Scr及CRP均均有所改善（P＜0.05），观察组的改善程度较对照组明显更优（P＜0.05）。结论对连续性血液净化治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者施以护理干预可明显改善患者的生命体征与器官功能，对促进患者康复具有重要意义。

Objective to focus on nursing of continuous blood purification treatment application value in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 30 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital as the research object, patients were treated by continuous blood purification treatment, were randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases in each group, respectively is the control group received the routine nursing care, and the observation group received nursing intervention, to observe the changes of the indexes of the two groups were observed before and after patient intervention differences. Results the two groups after nursing intervention after APACHE II, PaO2/FiO2, HR, Scr and CRP were significantly improved (P<0.05), improved in the observation group than in the control group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion nursing intervention can significantly improve the life with signs and organ function in the treatment of patients with continuous blood purification on patients with severe acute pancreatitis, has important significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
