安脱达对变应性鼻炎患者IL-18和IFN-γ的影响

摘要 目的:通过检测变应性鼻炎患者安脱达治疗前后血浆中白细胞介素-18(IL-18)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的变化,探讨IL-18、IFN-γ在发病机制中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测50例变应性鼻炎患者安脱达治疗前后血浆中IL-18、IFN-γ浓度的变化以及10例健康志愿者的血浆中的IL-18、IFN-γ的浓度。结果 IL-18、IFN-γ在治疗后明显高于治疗前及对照组(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 IL-18、IFN-γ可能参与了变应性鼻炎的炎性反应过程。 Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin (IL)-18, interferon (IFN)-γ in patients by specific immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis,and to observe role of IL-18 and IFN-γ in the pathogenesis of AR. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the concentration of IL-18, IFN-γ in the plasma of the before treatment and after treatment 50 patients with allergic rhinitis (AR). Results IL-18、IFN-γ of the after treatment were significantly higher than the before treatment and the control group, showed significant differences. Conclusion IL-18, IFN-γ may be both involved in the inflammation process of development of AR.
