双氧水+VSD负压吸引装置治疗皮肤缺损及软组织感染体会

摘要 目的:评价双氧水+VSD负压吸引装置治疗皮肤缺损及软组织感染疗效。方法我院自2010年4月至2015年共收治皮肤缺损及软组织感染患者共148例,其中大面积皮肤缺损106例,膝关节感染12例,骨科内固定术后感染7例,皮肤软组织感染23例,依据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=66)与治疗组(n=82),对照组患者按说明常规应用VSD;治疗组患者在术后3天开始应用双氧水40ml双侧侧孔缓慢注入VSD负压吸引装置刺激创面,直至术后10-12天去除VSD负压吸引装置。结果对照组术后5至7天去除VSD,32例创面生长良好,一期给予缝合或植皮治疗,34例患者需更换VSD继续治疗。治疗组中76例获得一期缝合或植皮治疗,6例更换需更换VSD。2组患者以期缝合或植皮治疗率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论2种方法均能治疗好皮肤缺损及软组织感染患者,但加用双氧水治疗能够明显缩短住院周期,减少更换VSD次数,减少住院费用,增加疗效,患者满意度更高。
