重症胰腺炎外科治疗的整体护理分析

Analysis of holistic nursing care in the surgical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

目的：评价整体护理在急性重症胰腺炎微创手术治疗患者中的应用价值。方法将我院收治的40例急性重症胰腺炎微创手术治疗患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为各20例的两组，分别为接受常规护理的对照组，及施以整体护理干预的实验组，观察两组患者在术后住院时间、并发症发生率的差异。结果比照两组术后住院时间、并发症发生率，实验组的分别为(10.3±4.7)d、10.0%，较对照组的（15.7±5.8）d、45.0%均明显更低，运用统计学分析差异显著有意义（P＜0.05）。结论对急性重症胰腺炎行微创手术治疗患者给予整体护理可明显改善患者预后，缩短术后康复时间，临床应用价值较高。

Objective To evaluate the application value of holistic nursing care in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients with minimally invasive operation. Methods 40 cases of severe acute pancreatitis of minimally invasive operation in the treatment of patients in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group, respectively. The control group received the routine nursing care, and the experimental group with nursing intervention, observe two groups of patients in hospitalization time, complications the difference in the rate of postoperative. Results The length of hospital stay, incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after operation, the experimental group was (10.3+4.7) d, 10%, was higher than that in control group (15.7+5.8) d, 45%were significantly lower, the use of statistical analysis of significant difference significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing care can significantly improve the prognosis of severe acute pancreatitis underwent minimally invasive operation in the treatment of patients, shorten recovery time after surgery, the higher the value of clinical application.
