摘要
目的:探究采用单次连续性血液滤过和血液透析滤过对血管内皮功能的影响情况。方法选择我院2014年11月到2015年11月收治的30例多器官功能障碍综合征患者,给予其单次连续性血液滤过治疗,作为观察组;选择同期接收的30例终末期肾衰维持血液透析患者,给予血液透析滤过治疗,作为对照组;再选择同期接收体检健康者30例作为健康组。对比对血管内皮功能的影响。结果治疗后,对照组sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、vWF以及MMP-9与治疗前相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组sICAM-1、sVCAM-1显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组上述指标均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单次连续性血液滤过治疗可显著降低对机体血管内皮损伤因子,从而避免血管内皮功能受到损伤;而给予血液透析滤过治疗无法降低血管内皮损伤因子水平。
Objective To explore the single continuous hemofiltration hemodialysis and filtration effects on endothelial function. Methods Choose from November 2014 to November 2015, 30 patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome gives its single continuous hemofiltration treatment, as observed group;Choice at the same time receive the 30 cases of end-stage renal failure patients with maintenance hemodialysis, hemodialysis filtration was given as the control group;To choose the same receiving physical examination as health group of 30 cases of healthy subjects. Results After treatment, the control group, sVCAM sICAM-1-1, vWF and MMP-9 compared with before treatment, no significant difference (P>0.05);Observation group of sICAM 1, sVCAM 1 significantly better than the before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two sets of the above indexes before and after treatment were higher than in healthy group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion A single continuous hemofiltration treatment can significantly reduce on the body's vascular endothelial damage factor, thus avoid endothelial function damage;And given hemodialysis filtration treatment cannot reduce vascular endothelial damage factor levels.
