摘要 目的:分析本院患者恶性肿瘤的发病情况及规律,了解恶性肿瘤的流行病学特征。方法回顾性研究本院2013-2014年诊断为恶性肿瘤的病例资料,统计分析恶性肿瘤患者的年龄范围、男女比例、好发部位等的流行病学特征。结果恶性肿瘤主要发生在40岁以上,尤其是50岁-79岁年龄组。恶性肿瘤主要集中在消化系统、呼吸系统和泌尿系统。男性恶性肿瘤发病高于女性,尤其是食管癌、胃癌、肺癌、膀胱癌等。结论有必要加强恶性肿瘤发病的地区、性别、年龄差异等流行病学研究,指导不同人群的早期预防、诊断、治疗,降低恶性肿瘤的发病率。 Objectives To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of patients in our hospital by investigating the morbidity situation and regular pattern of malignant tumor patients. Methods The data of malignant tumor patients in our Hospital from 2013 to 2014 were reviewed. To conduct a statistical analysis on the epidemiological characteristics including gender, age, predilection site. Results Malignant tumor mainly concentrated on the population over 40 years old, especially patients aged between 50 to 79 years. The top 3 malignant tumors were mainly from the digestive system, the respiratory system, and the renal system.The malignant tumors incidence of male patients was higher than female patients,especially higher in esophagus cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and bladder cancer. Conclusions It’ s necessary to research the epidemiological features of the areas,genders,ages to offer more detailed evidences for the guidance of early prevention,diagnosis and treatment,so as to decrease the incidence of the malignant tumors.
