沙利度胺联合来氟米特治疗红斑狼疮的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of thalidomide leflunomide erythematosus

目的：探讨沙利度胺联合来氟米特治疗红斑狼疮的临床效果。方法利用沙利度胺联合来氟米特治疗我院收治的49例红斑狼疮患者，并分析获得的临床效果。结果各类型红斑狼疮患者经过治疗后，获得的治疗总有效率为100%；在药物起效时间和皮肤损害消退时间上呈现不同特点。结论沙利度胺联合来氟米特治疗红斑狼疮不仅能够得到显著的临床效果，而且可以有效控制各型红斑狼疮的治疗时间，值得临床推广。

Objective Discussion thalidomide clinical effect of leflunomide lupus.Methods The use of thalidomide leflunomide treatment in our hospital 49 cases of lupus patients and their clinical effects obtained.Results Various types of lupus patients after treatment, to obtain the total effective rate was 100%;in drug onset time and skin lesions subsided time show different characteristics.Conclusion The thalidomide leflun-omide erythematosus not only able to get a significant clinical effect,and can effectively control various types of lupus treatment time,it is worth promoting.
