支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿外周血microRNA-126和microRNA-1表达的意义

摘要 目的:探讨分析支气管哮喘患儿急性发作期其外周血microRNA-126和microRNA-1的表达水平,并研究其与支气管哮喘发生发展的关系。方法选取支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿51例为研究组,同期经我院体检健康的儿童43例为对照组。取外周静脉血, microRNA-126、microRNA-1的表达水平采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)法检测,同时白细胞介素12(IL-12)和白细胞介素25(IL-25)水平采用酶联免疫吸附双抗夹心法(ELISA)检测。分析比较2组受试对象各检测指标之间的差异。结果研究组microRNA-1表达水平及IL-12水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但研究组microRNA-126表达水平及IL-25水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论microRNA-126、microRNA-1可通过差异性表达调节细胞因子水平,并进一步调控辅助性T淋巴细胞,参与了支气管哮喘的发生发展过程。
