个体化心理护理干预对艾滋病孕产妇焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Individual psychological nursing intervention on AIDS the effects of maternal anxiety depression

目的：评价个体化心理护理干预对艾滋病孕产妇焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法在我院2013年2月至2015年4月收治的艾滋病孕产妇中随机选取106例为本次分析对象，按数字表法平均分为两组，均53例。对照组开展常规心理干预，观察组实施个体化心理护理方案。于护理前后，采用SDS及SAS自评量表评估两组患者抑郁及焦虑情绪状态。结果对照组护理后SAS及SDS评分较护理前无明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组护理后SAS及SDS评分显著低于本组护理前，且明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），结论给予艾滋病孕产妇个体化心理护理干预，有助于消除抑郁及焦虑等负面情绪，改善治疗依从性，提高康复效果。

Conclusion Give AIDS maternal individualized psychological nursing intervention, help to eliminate depression and anxiety and other negative emotions, improve treatment compliance, improve the effect of rehabilitation.
