凝血开放性试剂的临床应用

摘要 目的:探讨用两种不同试剂盒在Stago血凝仪上检测纤维蛋白/纤维蛋白原降解产物的一致性。方法随机选取临床220例用0.109mmol/L枸橼酸钠抗凝静脉血样本(1:9),将标本作2500g离心15min后,取血浆用Stago配套试剂盒(免疫比浊法)(下简称FDP)和由积水医疗株式会社生产的试剂盒(胶乳免疫比浊法)(下简称s-FDP)同时在Stago全自动血凝分析仪进行测定,以FDP值作为靶值,将所得结果按照参考基准范围(0-5ug/ml)为分界对s-FDP结果进行分析。结果 FDP和s-FDP测试结果(ug/ml):总体分别为:4.1±0.56、3.28±0.52,无统计学意义(P>0.05);当浓度在(0-5ug/ml)分别为:1.8±1.14、1.21±0.94,有统计学意义(P<0.001);>5ug/ml时:14.77±2.5、12.88±2.38,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用试剂不同,在同一仪器进行检测时,所得结果可能存在着一定的差异,所以在临床使用过程中,尽量使用配套试剂盒,才能保证检验结果的准确性。 Objective To investigate the consistency of detection of fibrin / fibrinogen degradation products with two different kits in Stago coagulation analyzer.Methods Randomly selected 220 cases of clinical use citric in 0.109mmol/L acid sodium anticoagulant venous blood samples (1:9), the samples for 2500g centrifugal 15min after from plasma with STAGO Kit (Immune ratio turbidimetry) (FDP) and by water Medical Co., Ltd. produced by the kit (immune latex ratio turbidimetry) (hereinafter referred to as s-FDP) at the same time in STAGO automatic blood coagulation analyzer were measured. Based on FDP values as target values, the obtained results in accordance with the reference range (0-5ug/ml) boundaries for the s-FDP results were analysis.Results FDP and s-FDP test results (UG/ml): overall respectively: 4.1±0.56/3.28±0.52, had no statistical significance (P>0.05); when the concentration of in (0-5ug/ml) respectively: 1.8±1.14/1.21±0.94, with statistical significance (P<0.001); later: 14.77±2.5, 12.88±2.38 and had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion The use of different reagents, were detected in the same instrument. The results may exist certain differences, so in the clinical use of the process, as far as possible the use of kit, in order to ensure the accuracy of test results.
