磁共振扩散加权成像诊断与鉴别诊断早期前列腺癌临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)诊断与鉴别诊断早期前列腺癌的价值。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月本院收治的前列腺癌患者37例作为观察组,再选取同期收治的良性前列腺增生患者35例作为对照组,两组均采用常规T2WI、动态增强T1WI、磁共振扩散加权成像诊断,检测两组前列腺中央区、外周带ADC值和观察组肿瘤、无肿瘤区ADC值,并进行对比分析。结果观察组恶性前列腺组织ADC值低于对照组、观察组的良性前列腺组织,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组中经过DWI检查显示,高信号者34例,其中9例在常规T2WI中难以发现异常信号。结论早期前列腺癌患者具有特征性磁共振扩散加权成像表现,能够有效诊断和鉴别诊断早期前列腺癌。
